QS.SNAPSHOT.FROM.RANGE

Creates a historical archive from independent arrays of prepared contexts and observation timestamps

Category: QuantSupport - Market.

QS.SNAPSHOT.FROM.RANGE(name: text, contexts: cell or range, timestamps: cell or range) → text
Parameters:
  • name (text) – Workbook-unique object name; unchanged recalculation reuses its current handle

  • contexts (cell or range) – Independent array of complete prepared context handles; aligned one-for-one with observation timestamps; no header row

  • timestamps (cell or range) – Independent offset-aware RFC 3339 observation timestamp array aligned with contexts; duplicates and interior blanks are rejected

Returns:

MarketSnapshotStore archive capturing the prepared contexts at aligned observation timestamps; removing entries rebuilds the archive.

Return Type:

text

Errors:

#VALUE! for unequal array lengths, blanks, stale contexts, invalid or duplicate timestamps or runtime objects that cannot be captured.
