date (text) – ISO date text in YYYY-MM-DD format within 1902-01-01..2198-12-31
calendar (text) – Canonical calendar, e.g. Canada(Settlement), Switzerland, China(IB), or JointCalendar(JoinHolidays,TARGET,Japan)
- Returns:
Last business day of the input date’s month as ISO text (YYYY-MM-DD), using Preceding adjustment of the calendar month end; not necessarily the final civil day.

#VALUE! for an invalid canonical calendar or ISO date, or a date outside 1902-01-01..2198-12-31.
