Loads the native snapshot JSON array shared with Python and Rust; duplicate timestamps are rejected

name (text) – Workbook-unique object name; unchanged recalculation reuses its current handle
json (text) – JSON text in the native QuantSupport serialization shape

Revisioned MarketSnapshotStore handle restored from the native JSON snapshot array shared with Python and Rust. Duplicate observation instants are rejected.

text handle
- Errors:
#VALUE! for invalid native snapshot JSON, duplicate UTC instants, or registry failures.
